Extrusions
We have two extrusion presses: a 7 inch 1600 tonne and a 9 inch 3250 tonne. Both are high quality modern installations and are capable of producing extrusions up to 280mm across and over 50 metres long. Our process involves the state-of-the-art long length ageing process, to improve efficiency and quality. Because the metal is cut to length after ageing it ensures that the profiles have a good clean cut end. We have modern cutting and packing facilities to ensure the product arrives in excellent condition.
